Golf & Neuroplasticity: Tiger Woods & The Open 2010 & NHS Reform

Three rounds and back to the old putter!!!
Tiger went back to his old putter after 3 rounds at St. Andrews.

He promptly birdied two of his first three holes in the final round and no more three putts.

In The Open 2010: Tiger Woods & The New Putter:

“In case any of you want to rush out and buy the new putter, the Cockroach Catcher thinks that you may want to think twice. Our brain has worked hard to store data of our tens of thousands of putts from the same putter. Many top golfers eventually settled back to their old putter for that reason.

Perhaps the government could learn something from this:

“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
